Don't know what a safe call is?  Well a safe call is just what it sounds like.  When you meet someone

for the first time and want to remain alive through the visit.  You set up a call to someone who knows where

you are and what you are doing.  You call them through out the meet to let them know you are safe.  They ask you

predetermined questions and a few other's to determine if you truly sound safe.  If you don't they notify the proper authorities

to let them know something may be up.

If you are safe, well you have fun with the new person you've met in life.
